Testimonials

Dear Jen,
What an awesome program! You are such a natural! This was by far one of the best programs the Lee Library has hosted in my 10+ years here! I am so very very glad that you approached me last fall about doing this! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!

By the way, we heard numerous wonderful comments and you and the "critters" were definitely a huge hit! We absolutely want you back again - this might be a great annual event. We posted several photos I took on the library's Facebook page and hopefully linked it correctly to Nature Matters Facebook. I will definitely spread the word to area libraries. Just please let me know if you have limitations on how far you wish to travel with your furry friends. That way I know what libraries to exclude.

And on a personal note, thank you for fulfilling a lifelong dream of mine of holding a hedgehog in my hands and commemorating it in 2 photos for me! They brought a big smile to my face when I opened my email today!!! They made my heart so happy!

Best,
Rosemarie Borsody

Jen Leahey’s Nature Matters program is fantastic! She has a great appreciation for the wildlife and how to convey that to the children. Her program will become a staple presenter for Berkshire Humane Society’s Camp Humane. She is a reflection of our values and standards for animal care.
